Overview

MeliHive is a private workspace for company-owned agents, credentials, workflows, and operational audit trails. This policy explains the categories of information we process when you use MeliHive and how we use that information to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Information we process

We may process account identifiers, authentication records, workspace membership, role and scope assignments, audit events, configuration metadata, uploaded site assets, support messages, device and browser metadata, and usage information needed to operate the service.

MeliHive may also broker access to secrets, credentials, and connected tools. Secret values and integration credentials are handled as sensitive customer content and are used only to provide the requested broker, runtime, deployment, or workflow functionality.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, enforce access controls, route scoped secrets, operate agent workflows, keep audit records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, maintain infrastructure, and communicate with workspace administrators or authorized users about the service.

Service providers

We use cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage, logging, analytics, monitoring, email, and error-tracking providers to operate MeliHive. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a business software service. Audit records, security logs, and operational backups may be retained as needed for security, compliance, continuity, and legitimate business operations.

Workspace control

Workspace administrators control which users can access a workspace and which roles, scopes, secrets, and integrations are available to them. Requests about workspace content should generally be directed to the relevant workspace administrator.
